Garden Glow

  In order to offer a luxurious SPA-experience sauna to a wider clientele, we have created this modular sauna where there has been used a new approach of the use of materials, saving space and natural resources while maintaining all functionality and quality. Mainly keeping in mind that the building does not take up too much space on the plot, adding privacy and creating a beautiful view from the garden corner towards your beautiful house, according to which you can choose the shades of the sauna, for example. The leisure visitor has the opportunity to expand his senses with the tunnel effect created by the architecture, which allows a better understanding between the surrounding environment and the inner world. At first glance, the confusing, contrasting geometry emphasises the paradox of life and death. The concept of a one family modular-home

Five rooms, wardrobe, bathroom, sauna, shower room, toilet, terrace, carports for vehicles.

Inner Thrive

Modular single-family dwelling, living area 96,7m2 (+ 8,4m2 in children's rooms on 1,5 floor with open mezzanine); 5 rooms, bathroom, sauna, shower room, toilet and walk in wardrobe, terrace 48m2, roofed parking for two vehicles. Includes in-building sauna fittings, shower, bath, custom kitchen island, design pendant fireplace, heating system. Preparation of foundation, transport, installation, interior finishing.
 The keywords are privacy, security (one entry from safety door), interior orientation, modernity, effective design for solar panels on the roof, and the possibility to spend time with family and friends, both indoors and outdoors (in private and in the open air). The building can be described as an inner oasis.
 The concept has evolved from a desire to bring out and make the best use of contemporary modern elements in buildings. At first glance, this house may resemble a conventional metal container home and the most affordable square structures, however this is undoubtedly not the case. In this design, the use of space is maximised. The best example is the toilet/shower room/sauna/bathroom combination (where on 13.1m2 there is enough space for a bathroom with a spreading bath and furniture), the children's rooms with an open mezzanine, i.e. 1.5 storeys, wardrobes in the walls, all communications in one place, windows illuminating where necessary at the same time maintaining privacy. The high pitched ceiling encourages people to develop and think more broadly. The space between generations creates independence and a more successful life for the offspring. As a result, the children's rooms are located on the other side of the house, however the entrances from the courtyard are to all sides. The kitchen-living room and the terrace are designed to encourage family bonding. To stimulate the spirit, everyone has the opportunity to chill out in the most unique room of its kind, adorned with high corner windows, a designer fireplace and a striking ceiling relief. The master bedroom shouldn't leave anyone indifferent either, thanks to a large skylight and a floor-to-ceiling door/window leading to a spacious terrace, perfect for keeping an eye on the little ones if needed.

What is the vision of 20m² Visions? What do you offer for people?
 In short, we help people enjoy their free time better. Designed products offer well-being and comfort, while being functional and aesthetic. Imagine a complete solution – an outdoor kitchen, sauna, swimming pool and recreation area that complement each other and create a unified whole. In addition to attractive design and practicality, such a solution will also increase the value of the property. The goal is to provide high-quality and durable solutions that support both physical and mental well-being. We sell all products with a warranty and maintenance, so that customers can use them without worries.

So the company offers complete solutions?
 Yes, the products are ready to use right away. This means that the customer does not need to order different parts separately or worry about installation - everything needed is already included in the kit. Although the initial investment may be higher, this helps to avoid unexpected additional costs and ensures that all elements fit together well. Customer can always opt out unnecessary functions or for example replace electric heater with an alternative one.

Where are the created saunas best suited?
 Saunas can be part of a home yard, a summer house, or even a larger SPA complex. They are well suited to scenic locations where space and visual connection to the surroundings are important.

Why 20m² Visions? What does the name mean?
 The name may seem complicated at first glance, but it refers to compact and well-thought-out space solutions. 20m² is an area where you can create a functional and high-quality environment that meets both practical and aesthetic expectations.

How did you get into this field?
 I am from Pärnu and my background is closely related to IT and practical production. I initially worked as a CNC machine operator and learned about wooden structures and different production methods. Later, I worked on special solutions for the well-known furniture company Standard, which deepened my interest in design and space utilization. For several years, I was involved in the design of houses, saunas and other products. Based on these experiences, I decided to create 20m² Visions OÜ and design unique products. Thanks to this, I can offer both ready-made and custom-made projects or ready-made solutions. Entering into entrepreneurship is often driven by the desire to bring your vision to life. What is your motivation for creating these products?
 I want to create high-quality, smart and environmentally friendly space solutions for the future that can be enjoyed today. My goal is to offer products that are not only visually beautiful, but also practical and well-thought-out. For example, traditional perceptions of saunas are changing - the presence of a shower in a steam room may seem unusual, but in fact it offers comfort and logical functionality, especially when the sauna experience includes a pool or other relaxation methods. Similarly, a barrel sauna is no longer an exclusive luxury, but part of a wider holistic experience that combines a campfire, a barbecue, a cold dip and other pleasant moments. Sauna gourmets may be interested in a patented feature such as the cold water spray. This is a unique opportunity to cool yourself on stage with ice-cold water during the hot steam at the touch of a button. I can guarantee that you will feel the difference in experience and relaxation with our saunas, and it's not just the cooling effect I'm talking about.
